If you are experiencing the above, then our asset locker is the solution for you. The CapLocker enables companies to run audit checks for the issuing and withdrawal of electronic equip, and would like to have a full audit trail for tracking assets.

The KeyConductor

Our key management solution can be used in any environment where keys are ‘key’. Examples of branches and sectors include facility services in general (multi-tenant business buildings, hotels, etc.), vehicle management, internal transport (such as fork-lift trucks), petrochemicals, industry, museums, government (schools, universities, police, justice, prisons, etc.), security (cash transport firms and security companies), care (home care, hospitals, healthcare institutions, etc.), casinos.

The KeyCop is available in various colours and besides a bar code it can be engraved with your company logo, serial number or custom text.
Each KeyCop contains a standard Ultra High Frequency (UHF) RFID tag, in which information, such as a specific number, can be stored. This allows the number of the seal to be retrieved in any one of three different ways:

by the readable number on the seal,
by scanning the bar code,
or by reading the RFID tag.
These multiple options make it possible to set up your key management solution exactly how you want it. For example if you want to register outgoing keys by scanning the bar-codes, you can, but you could also decide to use a standard UHF RFID reader/antenna to read multiple seals in one go!
